If you believe that any material residing on or accessible through infringes your copyright, you may submit a written Takedown Notice to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be processed, the notice must include the following statutory requirements:

Identification of the Infringing Material: The specific URL(s) or locations on our website where the material is located so we may expeditiously remove it.

2. Counter-Notice (Restoration of Material)


If your content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, you have the right to file a Counter-Notice. This document must be sent to our Designated Agent and include:
Material Identification: The material that was removed and the URL where it appeared before removal.
Personal Attestation: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed by mistake.
Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.
Your Information: Full legal name, address, phone number, and signature.

3. Protection of AuthStamps Intellectual Property


Please be advised that all specialized micro-photography, high-resolution specimen scans, and proprietary identification techniques featured on this website are the exclusive intellectual property of AuthStamps Inc.
We employ automated digital fingerprinting technology to monitor the unauthorized use of our assets. Any reproduction of our copyrighted content without written authorization will result in an immediate DMCA takedown against the infringing party and potential legal action.

4. Repeat Infringer Protocol


In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable federal laws, AuthStamps maintains a “zero tolerance” policy for repeat infringers. We reserve the right to terminate accounts or block access for any user found to be repeatedly violating the intellectual property rights of the Company or third parties.
