We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including:

  • Alaska & Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO military addresses

At this time, international shipping is not available. This allows us to maintain consistent delivery standards and compliance with USPS regulations.

No minimums. No conditions.

3. Processing & Dispatch Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation

  • Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Standard delivery: 4–8 business days

  • Delivery time may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier conditions, or peak mailing seasons

We prioritize secure handling over rushed delivery to ensure the integrity of authentic USPS postage.

All AuthStamps shipments include trackable delivery.

  • Tracking details are emailed once your order ships

  • You can monitor your package’s progress directly through the carrier

6. Delivery Exceptions & Delays

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Lost Packages
If a shipment is marked as delivered but not received, please:

AuthStamps cannot assume responsibility for packages once confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged:

  • Please retain all packaging materials

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
